Business Clarity Map
Running a business can get messy fast.
You start with one idea. Then another opportunity comes up. You add an offer. You change your website. Someone tells you that you need a course, a membership, better content, more automation, a different audience, a new platform...
And suddenly you're doing a lot of things without being completely sure how they all fit together.
Sometimes the problem isn't that you need a better strategy.
Sometimes you need to step far enough away from the day-to-day to finally see the whole picture.
That's what the Business Clarity Map is designed to help you do.
This tends to resonate most with heart-centered entrepreneurs, coaches, wellness professionals, and small business owners building something meaningful, and trying to make all the pieces actually fit together.
Explore Your OptionsMaybe you have too many ideas and don't know which ones deserve your attention.
Maybe parts of your business are working, but other parts feel heavier than they should.
Maybe you're constantly changing direction or wondering whether you need to rebuild something.
Maybe your backend feels messy and you know things could be easier, but you aren't even sure where to start.
Maybe you're following advice that technically makes sense, but something about it doesn't feel like it fits.
Or maybe the business is actually doing okay.
You just know something about it doesn't quite make sense anymore.
Before you keep adding more, sometimes it helps to ask:
What am I actually trying to build?
What Is a Business Clarity Map?
A Business Clarity Map is a personalized reflection of your business and the person behind it.
You give me the real picture.
Then I look at everything together.
I look for the patterns, connections, friction points, strengths, competing priorities, and ideas that keep showing up.
Then I turn that into a personalized digital Business Clarity Map designed to help you see your business more clearly and know what deserves your attention next.
This is not a traditional business plan. It's not a generic audit. It's not a marketing strategy. And it's definitely not a list of 47 more things you should be doing.
It's a way to step back, make sense of the whole picture, and create a clearer place to move forward from.
This tends to work especially well when the business is personal to you, when your values, your clients, and your own story are woven into the work itself.
Structure doesn't have to mean losing the heart of what you built.
This Might Be for You If...
Maybe you're a coach, wellness professional, yoga or movement studio owner, retreat host, holistic practitioner, spiritual entrepreneur, creator, or another small business owner whose work is deeply personal to you.
You don't need a huge established business.
The map can meet you while you're building, growing, simplifying, pivoting, or figuring out what needs to change.
What You'll Walk Away With
The Business Clarity Map is designed to help you leave with a clearer understanding of:
A clearer picture of the business underneath all the offers, strategies, ideas, and moving pieces.
Which ideas, offers, projects, or directions belong at the center and which ones may not need your attention right now.
The patterns, processes, priorities, or parts of the business that are making things harder than they need to be.
The strengths already showing up in the way you think, create, solve problems, communicate, and serve people.
Only 2–3 real priorities, with practical direction around what to focus on, why it matters, what to work on, what to organize, and what can wait.
One personalized recommendation for the part of your business that would benefit most from being simplified, documented, cleaned up, or organized.
Because sometimes clarity is just as much about knowing what not to focus on.
Your personalized Business Clarity Map may include:
Each section is built from what you share. The goal is not to squeeze every business into the same template. It's to create something specific enough that it couldn't simply belong to someone else.
What You'll Receive
A personalized digital dashboard you can open on your phone, computer, or tablet and return to whenever you need to step back and see the bigger picture again.
A PDF copy you can save, print, make notes on, or keep as a backup.
I personally read your full intake, look at the business as a whole, and review the patterns, connections, priorities, and language before your map is delivered.
You'll leave with a clearer next 90 days and light organizational guidance around what could make the business easier to run.
If something feels inaccurate or I misunderstood part of what you shared, one round of minor revisions is included.
Choose the Level of Support You Need
The Business Clarity Map is available in three options.
The map itself is the core experience in all three.

Opens PayPal in a new tab. After payment, I'll personally follow up with your intake link within a few hours.
The standalone Business Clarity Map is the full core experience.
You'll complete the full written intake, and I'll review everything you share before I begin building.
Your finished map may explore things like:
You'll receive the finished map as both an interactive dashboard and PDF, plus one round of minor revisions if something doesn't feel accurate.

Business Clarity Map + Discovery Call
$450
Best if: you know there's context, nuance, or a million thoughts in your head that may be easier to talk through too.
Includes everything in the standalone Business Clarity Map, plus a private Discovery Call.
You'll complete your intake before we talk so I can review your business first. Then we'll use our approximately 20-minute call to go deeper into the answers that need more context rather than spending the conversation starting from scratch.
Opens PayPal in a new tab. After payment, I'll personally follow up with your intake link within a few hours.
Before our call, I'll review your intake and identify the areas that stand out.
That may include something that needs clarification, a contradiction worth exploring, an idea you clearly light up around, or something that seems especially important but difficult to capture in writing.
The questions I ask will be based on your intake, not a generic call script.
The Discovery Call is not meant to repeat the form. It's there to give me more context around the parts of your business that deserve a little more conversation before I build your map.

Best if: you want the clarity first and then want hands-on help actually organizing one part of your business afterward.
Opens PayPal in a new tab. After payment, I'll personally follow up with your intake link within a few hours.
After your Business Clarity Map is complete, we'll choose one specific area that needs attention and work on it together in a focused 90-minute to 2-hour Get Organized Sprint.
That might be:
We're not rebuilding your entire business in one afternoon. One area. One focused session. And the goal is for you to leave with something actually organized, simplified, built, or fixed.
The Sprint happens after the map because the bigger picture comes first. Then we use that clarity to decide what is actually worth working on.

How It Works
1
Choose Your Package
Pick the level of support that makes the most sense for you.
2
Complete Your Intake
You'll answer a thoughtful set of questions about where your business is now, what you're trying to build, what feels messy, what gives you energy, what's taking up your attention, and what you want next.
You don't need polished answers.
The more honest and specific you're willing to be, the more I'll have to work with and the more useful your finished map can be.
Talk-to-text is completely fine if that's easier.
3
I Review Everything
I read what you share, look at the business as a whole, and identify the themes, connections, friction points, strengths, and priorities that keep showing up.
If your package includes a Discovery Call, you'll complete your intake first and we'll use the call to go deeper before I build.
4
I Build Your Map
I turn what you've shared into your personalized interactive dashboard and PDF.
5
You Receive Your Business Clarity Map
Standalone maps are delivered within 5 business days of your completed intake.
If your package includes a Discovery Call, delivery is within 5 business days after the call, assuming your intake was submitted beforehand.
If you chose the Full Package, your Get Organized Sprint is scheduled after the map is delivered.
What Makes This Different
This isn't a questionnaire that gets dropped into AI and sent straight back to you.
I use AI and other tools thoughtfully in my process, but I personally read what you share, look at the whole picture, question what doesn't fit, refine the language, and review the finished map before you receive it.
The goal isn't to generate something that sounds impressive.
It's to create something that actually feels specific to you and your business.
One of the standards I use throughout the build is simple:
Could this belong to almost any business?
If the answer is yes, it isn't finished yet.
Client Feedback
The Business Clarity Map is a newer offer, so I'm not going to fill this section with feedback from a different service just to make the page look more established than it is.
Real Business Clarity Map client feedback will be added here as it comes in. 💛
Frequently Asked Questions
No. You need enough of a business, idea, or direction to have something meaningful to reflect on, but you don't need a huge audience, team, or years of experience.
The intake includes 31 main questions plus one optional dashboard-design question. It's broken into smaller sections so it feels more like a guided conversation than one giant form. Give yourself time to think, but don't worry about making your answers polished.
No. That would kind of defeat the purpose. 😂 It's completely okay if you're still trying to understand how everything fits together.
No. The Business Clarity Map is a personalized clarity and reflection experience. It isn't ongoing coaching, and it isn't a formal business plan with financial projections or market research.
The Discovery Call adds another layer of context. You'll complete the intake first, I'll review it, and then we'll use approximately 20 minutes to go deeper into the parts that deserve more conversation.
The $450 option includes the Business Clarity Map plus your Discovery Call. The $749 Full Package includes both of those plus a Get Organized Sprint after your map is delivered. The map helps us see the bigger picture. The Sprint helps us actually work on one piece of it.
Yes. You don't have to buy the Full Package in order to work with me on organization later.
Yes. AI and other digital tools support parts of my process. But I personally read your intake, evaluate what matters, refine the content, and review the finished map before you receive it. Your intake isn't simply dropped into a generator and sent back to you.
Tell me. One round of minor revisions is included so we can adjust something I misunderstood or didn't capture accurately.
Your intake and finished Business Clarity Map are intended to be private. I won't intentionally share your confidential business information, intake responses, or finished map publicly without your permission.
You Probably Don't Need Another 17 Business Ideas
You probably already have enough ideas. 😂
What you may need is space to step back and see:
What actually fits. What doesn't. What keeps coming back. What's taking more energy than it should. What you're naturally good at. What needs to be organized. What can wait. And what deserves your attention now.
You don't have to solve your whole business in one day.
You just need a clearer place to stand before you decide what comes next.
