A space to slow down, sort through the noise, and actually see things clearly again.
Where Vision Meets Structure
If you have a million thoughts, ideas, questions, or directions running through your head, it can be really hard to step back and see the bigger picture.
That's where I come in.
I help people connect the dots, organize the chaos, and see themselves, their ideas, or their business a little more clearly so they can figure out what actually makes sense next.
Whether you're trying to understand yourself better or get clearer about what you're building, we'll start with what's already true and work from there.

Maybe This Sounds Familiar...
Maybe you know something needs to change, but you're not totally sure what.
Maybe you have too many ideas, too many directions, or too many things you're trying to figure out at once.
Maybe you know yourself pretty well, but you're having a hard time putting the pieces together or trusting what you already know.
Or maybe your business has grown into something that feels harder, messier, or more draining than you expected, and you can't quite tell what needs your attention first.
You don't necessarily need someone to tell you what to do.
Sometimes you just need help slowing everything down, sorting through it, and seeing the bigger picture more clearly.
That's the kind of work I love.
I help you connect the dots, organize the chaos, and create more clarity around what actually matters and what makes sense next.

This isn't about giving you a bunch of generic advice, putting you into a box, or telling you who you should be.
It's about taking the time to really look at what you've shared, notice the patterns, and help you see the bigger picture more clearly.
I use AI as a tool in the process, but it isn't doing the thinking for me. I'm the one reading what you share, deciding what actually matters, refining the language, changing what doesn't feel right, and shaping everything until it feels personal and true to you.
The goal isn't to hand you more information.
It's to help you see what may already be there, just buried under all the noise.
What It Feels Like to See Yourself More Clearly
I can tell you what a Clarity Map is, but I think the people who have actually experienced one say it better than I ever could.
"It brought me back home to my heart and my core essence."
"I didn't realize how unclear I was about who I was, my gifts, or how to describe myself to others. This Clarity Map helped me see myself in a light that felt so true to my core that it brought me back home to my heart and my core essence."
— Kristen, Personal Clarity Map Client
That kind of reaction is exactly why I created the Clarity Map.
Not to tell someone who they are.
Not to give them another list of things they need to work on.
Just to help them step back, connect the dots, and see what may have been there all along.
Meet Ashley
If there's one thing that has followed me through pretty much every part of my life, it's that I genuinely love helping people.
I have a degree in Human Services, and much of my professional background has been in office and operations roles where I've spent a lot of time organizing information, solving problems, figuring out better ways to do things, and keeping a lot of moving pieces together.
But outside of work, I've also always been a listener.
I'm the person who will sit with you while you talk something all the way through. I like asking questions, looking at everything together, making connections, and helping take something that feels overwhelming and turn it into something you can actually make sense of.
That combination is really what led me to Ignite Your Path.
I've realized over time that I'm drawn to both sides of clarity.
There's the human side: understanding what matters to you, what keeps coming up, what you really want, and what you may not be seeing because you're standing too close to it.
And then there's the practical side: taking all of those thoughts, ideas, goals, and moving pieces and giving them some structure.
I'm also a big believer in using the tools available to us. Technology, AI, research, systems, and other resources can be incredibly helpful when they're used thoughtfully. But the tool is never the finished product.
I'm still the one reading what you share, looking at the whole picture, questioning things, making decisions, changing what doesn't feel right, and refining the work until what I'm giving you actually reflects the person or business in front of me.
Because at the end of the day, I don't want to give you something that just sounds good.
I want you to read it and think, "Yes. That's me."
And I'm not building any of this from a place of having life perfectly figured out myself.
I'm still learning, growing, changing my mind, trying new things, and figuring out my own next chapter too. I know what it feels like to have a million ideas, second-guess yourself, and wish you could somehow take everything in your head and lay it all out in front of you.
Maybe that's part of why I love this work so much.
Whether you come to me because you want to understand yourself more clearly, get a better handle on what you're building, or finally organize something that has been driving you crazy, I want you to leave feeling heard, understood, and a whole lot clearer than when you started.
